Pick up was very easy, and fast. The same thing goes to drop off. Just was responsive when it came to questions regarding using fast track and tolls. The car was super clean, and had comfortable seats.
The only thing is that the car had some previous hit in the front bumper that I didn't notice. Yet, this didn't affect the performance of the car.

Super easy pickup/drop off location and Navin is very responsive. Vehicle interior was clean and smelled good. We drove it to pick up our visiting family from airport and back for one day. Van drove well with no issues and has plenty of space - we were 9 total and it could’ve sat more people easily. There was a bit of existing cosmetic damage on front right bumper and a small chip on bottom left windshield but otherwise really great condition. Would absolutely recommend Navin and his Van if you’re looking for large transportation in SF.

The cat was great! In perfect condition other than a minor exterior bumper hole from a previous rental. It was just the vehicle we needed for a Napa day trip. We were glad to have it and so happy it had apple car play. Pickup and drop off was super easy and quick. There’s also a gas station a block away for return
