The cat was great! In perfect condition other than a minor exterior bumper hole from a previous rental. It was just the vehicle we needed for a Napa day trip. We were glad to have it and so happy it had apple car play. Pickup and drop off was super easy and quick. There’s also a gas station a block away for return

The Van drives very well. Since I do not live in San Francisco, Parking my car there for the day was no easy task but that is not the host responsibility. Actually, since I did not know the area, the cashier at the liquor store where I got the key for the van was very accomodating and helpful. The host was accomodating and prompt to answer my texts. That was also appreciated.
