Every attempt will be made to park along the street as close to the address provided. However, there may be times that street parking is only possible within a two block area around that address. Please be sure to verify exact location of the car before navigating to pick up point. Thank you!

- No parking garages, due to low clearance! - No low clearance drive-thrus! (fast food, car wash, etc.) - Car and booster seats are only allowed in rear passenger seats - No international travel (i.e. Mexico) - No excessive sand, soil, etc. Please dust, rinse, and dry your persons, gear, and toys outside - Please use assistance when parallel parking or pulling into tight spaces. There is no shame in getting help when you're parking a "land boat" - Be aware of street signs (no parking hours, back-in only, etc.) - Beware of street sweeping dates and times when parked on the road - Fold driver side mirror in when parked along roads to prevent clipping - Pets are welcome, but may not be left unattended at any time in the vehicle. Please do not allow them on the seats and prevent any damage they may cause when bored/nervous - No smoking or marijuana permitted whatsoever. If there is any smoking evidence at the time of check-out (this includes but is not limited to smoke odor, cigarette ashes, cigarette butt, etc.), you'll be charged a $250 cleaning fee plus an additional 3% processing fee and Turo also removes you. Additionally, please keep the doors closed when parked next to campfires, open flames, and/or grills. - If you return the car in a condition that could have only resulted from irresponsible or abusive behavior, we may charge you a cleaning/repair fee - Please disclose any toll usage and tickets. Please pay those promptly to avoid any extra fees. I will review my account following the rental period and will request reimbursement through the app up to 90 days from the day you returned the vehicle - Please disclose any damages or accidents during your trip. If possible, we would prefer to work this out directly to avoid any extra processing fees - Ensure you are tracking miles per day limit. If you exceed the mileage limit included in your trip, you will pay the prescribed additional distance fee for each additional mile driven - Please contact us directly and promptly if you need to adjust your pick-up or drop-off time. We will remain flexible if communication is flowing. If you return a vehicle 2 hours or more past the trip’s scheduled end time with no/late notice, you will be charged a late return fee

• What if I lock the keys in the vehicle?

  Host can remotely unlock the vehicle in most situations, pending vehicle's cellular connectivity. This is offered free of charge. Accidents happen...

• How does contactless pick-up work?

  The vehicle is equipped with remote entry from Host's FordPass app. Guest can receive and leave keys in the vehicle and lock it up. Host just needs positive confirmation from Guest upon pick-up and drop-off.

• Is the vehicle handicap-accessible? Is there room to store a wheel chair or other handicap equipment?

  We do not offer a wheel chair ramp or scooter lift at this time. However, there are running boards along all the doors to assist with entering the vehicle. There is ample room in the back cargo area to stow multiple wheel chairs and other equipment without removing any seats.

• Is this van difficult to drive or park around San Diego?

  The van is very long and tall, but drives well for those who are used to navigating larger vehicles. Depending on your SoCal adventure, you may be required to park in tight spaces or drive on narrow roads. The beach and inland areas typically have wider roads and easier parking (seasonally dependent). If your lodging venue only offers a parking garage, the van will likely not fit. With any high-clearance vehicles, the risk of rollover is higher. Maintaining the speed limit and taking turns at recommended speeds is vital to avoid a rollover. We do recommend having someone in your group with large-vehicle driving experience, but confident drivers should be just fine.

• How many seats does Van-Go have?

  Van-Go has 10 total seats and plenty of space in the back for luggage or gear. The middle row (3 seats) in the main cabin is hard-bolted and cannot be removed. The other seats in the cabin can be removed to accommodate more cargo space.
