I absolutely enjoyed having this van as part of our family vacation. Overall, it was awesome! Would definitely book again! The only two things that I wasn't happy with were the wipers and the car shakes when you passed 65 mph. The van can use new wipers. We were in the Bay Area, and it was misty. The wipers made it worse. Because the van would shake when I went past 65 mph, it wasn't the safest feeling.

Pick up was easy, location was convenient and the van was clean inside and outside. This was an older van so wear and tear is to be expected, but this van should not be rented at the same rate as newer vans. 3 hours into the drive the rear air conditioning vents stopped working, it was between 90 and 100 degrees that day. I reached out to the host and let him know, he responded that there was a knob that needed to be turned on also in order for the AC to work. I messaged him back to let him know that all of the knobs were on, and the AC still wasn’t working. He read the message and did not respond until the next day. It was extremely hot in the back of the van and there were no windows to open. I rented the van for a family trip and this made everyone very uncomfortable for the remainder of the trip. If we didn’t have things planned I would’ve taken the van back and rented something else. Also, some of the seat belts were not functional, which I also informed the host of. I will not be renting from this host again.

Matt was very nice and helpful. This was my first time renting from Turo and it was a great experience. Great van for large group trips and the interior was clean. Thanks Matt for letting us rent your vehicle.
