With all the 12 seats occupied, you can still comfortably fit around 5-7 large suitcases. If fewer passengers are on board and you remove some fo the seats, the Sprinter Van can accommodate 15-20 large suitcases or an equivalent combination of smaller bags and additional gear. This versatility makes it perfect for group travel, family vacations, and shuttle services where both passenger and cargo spaces are needed.

We have arranged to have an outfitter install a projector with a projector screen that will stream your favorite movies on your long drive. That will be in the future due to their tight scheduling. For now, we can provide you with headrest iPad holders for your passengers' convenience. The Sprinter Van has 7 USB-C ports that you can charge your devices. We have zip tied electronic USB-C cords with multiple charging cables to the 4 phone holders by the passenger rows. We can also provide you a karaoke system equipped with 3 microphones for your entertainment while on your journey at no extra cost.

• What is included in the rental price, and are there any additional fees?

  The rental price includes a standard mileage allowance, basic insurance through Turo, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Additional fees may apply for extra mileage, optional insurance coverage or specific customization requests. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

• What type of engine does the Sprinter Van have, and how is its fuel efficiency?

  The 2023 Sprinter Van features a high-output 2.0-liter diesel engine known for its excellent fuel efficiency, providing a cost effective solution for long distance. It averages 18-24 miles a gallon of diesel fuel as per its EPA rating. With its tank full, it can reach 450-480 miles minimizing the need to stop for diesel fuel when taking a long trip. Remember, to fill up only with Diesel fuel. Not all gasoline stations carry Diesel fuel. Just FYI. It is catastrophic to the vehicle if you fill it with gasoline.

• Are there any privacy features in the Sprinter Van?

  The Sprinter Van came in equipped with 25% factory installed tint on all of its side windows. Due to scheduling conflict, installation of additional 5% tint and clear ceramic tint with UV protection on windshield, driver and front passenger windows is still pending. The passengers has a birds eye view perspective during your journey, so basically you are looking down at people and cars while they are looking up to you. Because of it high ground clearance and height, you are assured people won't be watching over you.

• Can the Sprinter Van handle winter driving conditions?

  Yes, the Sprinter Van is equipped with Advance Traction Control systems and All Wheel Drive, making it suitable for winter driving conditions and providing peace of mind during adverse weather. The vehicle has a ground clearance of 23 inches which is almost like a lifted pick up truck. Don't worry, we installed electronic running board so you can board the vehicle with ease. We are retaining the original steel rims because they are way much stronger than the after market rims. Although, the vehicle has these features, always practice safe driving. There are always conditions that are not safe. Follow the rules and obey the traffic signs and road advisory. Just recently, driving with the sun rising in front of me almost proved dangerous. I couldn't see what is ahead of me so I have to veer to a curb, luckily there were no pedestrians or cars around me. We wouldn't want to be in that kind of situation. You are assured the windows will always be clean with glass cleaner that will allow a streak free glass and the windshield washer filled with Rain X and bug cleaner solution to help minimize any view distractions.

• Are pets allowed in the rental car?

  We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in the Sprinter Van. This policy helps ensure a comfortable experience for all our customers, especially those with allergies and sensitivity. If evidence of a pet is found like pet hairs or dander, a cleaning fee will be applied to cover the additional time and effort to restore the vehicle. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van comfortably accommodate up to 12 passengers, making it perfect for group travel, family outings, and shuttle services. Please handle it with care like it is your own.   Despite its larger size, the Sprinter Van is designed to be easy to drive with advance driver assistance features, responsive steering, and excellent visibility, making it manageable even for those not used to driving larger vehicles. If you are used to driving a sedan, your usual level of vision is at 4 feet, with the Sprinter Van your level of vision is at 7 feet. Just an adjustment of perspective when driving the Sprinter Van. I couldn't stress enough to practice safe driving. Be mindful of the red alerts on the dashboard, LCD screen and the side mirrors. Those are design to help with your driving.

It's rooftop high efficiency air conditioner easily warms or cool the cabin with a touch of a button. It is design that you have adequate leg room and luggage space. Even my adult friends prefer that we take the Sprinter Van over a large SUV regardless if there are only 4 or 6 or 8 people coming for the trip.

• How do I pay for tolls?

  A fastrak transponder is attached to the vehicle's windshield. The charges that are registered during your trip duration will be appropriately charged to your total bill.
