Nice people who are helpful and polite, but too disorganized. We agreed they’d drop off the car. They didn’t show up, I had to call repeatedly and I finally got the car 2 hours late. I paid for a tank of gas and got a 1/4 tank, so had to add a couple of gallons to get home (they were unaware I’d paid for gas and were unhappy I’d returned empty until I explained). All fine in the end, but more stress and time than it should be.
