The van was really clean inside and ac worked good as well. I had no issues with the rental. I would rent again when needed.

Vehicle old and unsafe. Steering wheel and van shook if driving over 60 miles pee hour. Location of Vehicle hard to find on lot. Lock box is old and hard to lock.

Pick up location was great and easy, very nice host who was accommodating to my short notice of needing a vehicle after my other car rental didn’t work out. Thank you, will rent again!

The vehicle did its job! Got us from point A to point B and back! The hub caps are missing on a tire. The driver door makes a cringy clicking sound when you open and close it. (Drawing lots of attention in parking lots. Haha) The seats are stained, we spent an hr or two prior to departure trying to get them clean with my upholstery cleaner. Didn’t get it all, but it would look nicer to have them detailed. The washer fluid was low but other than that, the van was pretty great! It held all of our necessary equipment and bags and still had plenty of space! Gas was efficient and wasn’t pricey. I was expecting to pay $90- $100 each time but it was half of that! I appreciate the timely response anytime I needed assistance with anything. The passenger door shakes or makes a rattling noise but it may just be that the vehicle is older. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend this vehicle for any big family needs!
