The car was great! Reliable and perfect for a road trip with friends. Jack answered all my questions promptly, would definitely book with him again!

Jack is a flexible, affable guy that is willing to work with customers to make things happen. He was helpful when some bug in the Turo app would not let me upload my DL photo. We used a work-a-round and all was okay.
The van was clean and drove well. There was an issue with a loud rattling sound under the van that Jack mentioned when dropping off the van. (but not how very loud it was! ) We had no idea how loud and annoying it was going to be on a long freeway trip. It was a loud roar on the freeway that was hard to talk over.
This was my first time using Turo. Next time I will take the vehicle on a test drive if the host mentions an issue like this.
