The car was as pictured. There were minor issues with the vehicle but someone met us at Disney springs to fix it!!! What service! Our day was not interrupted AT ALL! Definitely would suggest you rent from this host… very responsive!! The pick up process was not terrible, considering the money you save from not using airport drop off. But please make extra time when planning pick up and drop off .. cause you have to wait for an Uber. Go ahead and book one ahead of time to save time. Takes like ten minutes to get there from baggage claim to the parking lot. The area is a little dark at night and woods on either side, so send your strongest warrior lol. All in all would definitely rent again!!!

Van held all 12 of us pretty comfortably, with plenty of cargo space. Easy to drive and not too bad on gas. Had a quirky slider door but I’m sure he is fixing that. All in all a great rental. Thx
