This was a short trip with a different pickup and drop off location. Ernst was very flexible in accommodating our request which certainly was nice. But, it wasn’t perfect. The driver didn’t drop off the van until an hour after our flight landed at MCO and then the sliding door to the van could not be opened from the outside (you had to crawl inside to open it). Now, this was sort of out of his control, as the previous renter did something to cause this and they didn’t have time to fix it before hand. The drop off had all kinds of misunderstanding. All in all this created a very frustrating experience. Having said all of that, Ernst wanted to make sure this were positive as we started our trip, so he offered to wave a few fees to try and make things right. This wasn’t a perfect trip, but I am giving him 4⭐️ for the customer service that he offer to try and make up for the challenges.

Everything went smooth, they were able to pick us up and drop us off promptly and we're very easy to communicate with. Van was exactly what we needed to keep our family together for travel. Car was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Will recommend to rent for your family trip to Orlando! Thank you!
