The vehicle was great and communication with the owner was superb. Had a great time with the family.
Ms. S. delivered the vehicle on time and worked with us to deliver the car back to her at our request.
Everything was smooth and would definitely contact the owner again if we ever have another need for the van.

Would not recommend renting this vehicle. Owner was on time with the delivery of the vehicle allowing us to leave on time to go on vacation to Tennessee. Other than that, it was horrible. We have pictures and videos to prove all the bad experiences. Inside the vehicle was not freshly clean. The led lights inside the vehicle were broken. Seats need to be cleaned. Tires were in bad shape with one splitting on us requiring me to change it out. Spare tire was flat as well. Had to find somewhere to fill with air. Check engine light stayed on. Was told because of the gas cap. I am no mechanic, but I don’t believe that is the reason. Transmission started acting up on way home and leaked fluid all over the place. Had to get it towed through turo back to the owner leaving my family and I six hours from home with no ride. We had to rent two vehicles to get us home after spending a night in a hotel. Owner didn’t ask how we were doing was only concerned about the van. Them said there was nothing wrong with the can when they checked it out and didn’t see anything leaking. Again we have pictures to prove it. With this being said, save yourself the headache and go a different route if you want to be safe.

I uploaded pics before you took the van everything was in great condition . Seats were shampooed 2 days before your pickup . Guest reached out to me 5 days after having the van because guest hit a curb & damaged the tire seeking an excuse not to pay for the damages Also van was returned with low fuel . No leaks were found . . . If my van had all the issues guest are making up Turo wouldn’t allow me to still be listed and have all these booked trips coming through. Documents uploaded .🙏🏾
