Car quality was great. Pickup was pretty straight forward.

Was never recorded how much fuel was in the vehicle. Turned it in 16 hours prior, and I asked if I should request an earlier turn in he said no. The amount was 1282.50. The amount for the gas compared to how early I turned it in is way more compensation than needed.

sorry for any misunderstanding you had.
I have had all 5 star review from past guests but you decided to give me one star because we have charged you for the fuel that you didn't refill and tried lying to us, tried saying we gave vehicle with no fuel and we had evidence so turo had charged you for the fuel.
Turo advices any guest to Refill the fuel before returning the vehicle.
I hope I don't see customer like you again, who cant repay $32 for the fuel that they used.
