Van was great host was excellent will be rent again

The rental was fine, it got us from point A to point B. Upon picking up the vehicle and taking photos, the car was not as clean as I assumed it would be. There was still sticky residue in the backseat cupholders, stains on the fronts and backs of seats, as well as the floorboards and “I Escaped” stickers and gum underneath the back row of seats. When I arrived at home I had to febreeze the vehicle and leave the doors open to air out the musky sweat stained smell. I also noticed that the windshield wipers were falling apart (photos documented). Unfortunately during our drive we ran out of gas, even though the vehicle read that there was enough gas to make it to the approaching gas station. And thankfully survived our remainder of the trip with Tennessee hillside, pouring down rain and only portions of the windshield visible due to dire need of replacement windshield wipers. All in all the trip was fine for what we paid for, but next time I will spend more for a cleaner vehicle and new windshield wipers.

Everything was fine. Oil change notification came on day before return. And door handle was missing so we couldn't use both doors for entering and exiting. Pick up location has a lot of traffic. Host was responsive which was great.
