1) This is a NON-SMOKING Vehicle, please refrain from smoking in the car this includes cigarettes, Marijuana, or Vaping Pens of any kind (See Turo's fees in regards to smoking in the car for guidance). No chewing tobacco of any kind. If upon return the car smells like any of the above you will be charged the maximum amount that TURO allows. 2) Required by Host if picking up remotely - To Be Completed By Renter Prior To Pickup: A. Upload a photo of yourself holding your driver's license B. If your drivers license is not very visible upload a close up photo of your valid driver's license. You can obscure the first few digits of the license number in the photos for safety. Photos can be uploaded by going to your reservation page and click on “Trip photos”. 3) If you rae early or late for pickup or return: You are required to pickup and return vehicle as specified on the rental agreement. Should your plans change and you will be late, please notify host as soon as possible otherwise you'll risk being charged a late fee. Host will provide you with a 30-minute grace period before or after the specified time. Otherwise, please modify and extend your rental through the Turo app so that you won’t be charged a late fee. Let's be courteous and respectful of each other's time. 4) Please return the car with the amount of fuel you received. If not, per Turo policy, the cost to replace the missing fuel plus a $10* convenience fee will apply. Please do not let fuel level fall below 10 miles of range to avoid vehicle towing fees. Please do not lose your key. If lost, a replacement fee of $350.00 will be incurred. 5) Significant cleaning, including spills, smells, and smoke, will incur an additional cleaning fee. Toll fees are NOT included. 6) Out of respect for the experience of other renters, pets are not allow inside the car during your trip.
