As well as under 30 minutes from when it was booked. A potential client booked with 12 hours notice. Of course I need better forsight to block out trips I am not able to support and missed this one. That is on me but I also don't like Turos automatic response that makes it look like I cancelled last minute, so I responded. Only cancellation in 3 plus years.

This van was great for us. The pickup went smoothly and the car was clean. We appreciated the snow chains in the back when we traveled up Big Cottonwood Canyon on a snowy day. We would rent this again.
