NO EXCEPTIONS The vehicle is equipped with GPS monitoring to monitor speed, distance, and location for safety and insurance purposes. Vehicles are not permitted to leave the country, i.e., Mexico or Canada. Please refuel the vehicle completely before returning. Please keep the vehicle clean and return it in the same condition as it was picked up.
