Paul was great with communication and very responsive to messages. The vehicle was exactly as described. Pick up and drop off were very efficient. Great location compared to MSP airport. Highly recommend!

Great van. Took it for a trip with family to Chicago. They loved it. A lot of room for bags after removing the backseat. Excellent AC. The host is great. Good communication.

Actually the trip was not cancelled at the last minute. There was a miscommunication on picking up the keys. The keys were able to be picked up by the guest and they were able to use the van as planned.
