1) Reservation and Communication: - Please make sure to book the car for the exact dates and times you need it. If you need to extend your reservation, please notify us in advance and request an extension through the Turo platform. - Keep communication lines open and respond promptly to any messages or requests from us through the Turo messaging system. 2) Driver Requirements: - Only registered Turo guests who have been approved by Turo are allowed to drive the car. Please do not allow any unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle. - All drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license in their possession throughout the rental period. 3) Care for the Car: - Please treat the car with care and respect, as if it were your own. Do not smoke or vape in the vehicle. Cost for smoking violation is $250. - Keep the car clean, both inside and out. Return the car as close to the same condition as it was provided to you. - Be cautious of food and drinks inside the car to avoid spills and stains. If car require significant cleaning, fee is $150. - Avoid off-roading, racing, or any other reckless driving behavior that could cause damage to the vehicle. - If you notice any issues or damages during your rental period, please inform us immediately through the Turo messaging system. 4) Fuel and Mileage: - The car will be provided to you with a full tank of gas. Please return the car with the same level of fuel. If the car is returned with less fuel than when you received it, you will be responsible for the cost of refueling, as well as an additional fee for the inconvenience. 5) Traffic and Parking Violations: - As the renter, you are responsible for any traffic or parking violations incurred during the rental period. Please abide by all local traffic laws and parking regulations. We will send invoice for reimbursement via Turo app. - Any fines, tolls, or tickets received during your rental period should be promptly paid by you once invoice is received. 6) Pick-up and Drop-off: - Follow the designated pick-up and drop-off instructions provided by us. Be punctual and return the car on time. - If you need to modify the pick-up or drop-off arrangements, please notify us in advance and request approval through the Turo platform. 7) Insurance and Damage: - All Turo reservations come with insurance coverage, but there may be deductibles or other costs associated with filing a claim. - If you damage the car during your rental period, please report it immediately to us through the Turo platform and follow the instructions provided. - Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be your responsibility, and you may be liable for repair costs. 8) Reviews and Feedback: - After your rental period, we appreciate your feedback and reviews on the Turo platform.
