Not only is Edwin the kindest young man, his car was a god send for our family. We were in Madison for our son’s graduation and we were able to drive around seven family members with ease. Edwin is quick to respond at requests and unbelievably accommodating when our flight was cancelled unexpectedly. He allowed us to extend our trip with no issues. Chris was a great host! Due to a family death we booked very last second and he was quick to accept the reservation. Dropped the car off at the airport for us and we were able to leave it in the hourly parking upon departure. The car was great too. Very very clean and drove well. Ziyi was on time and his CRV was clean! This was our first time using Turo and will be booking another trip once we need a car. Only thing I wish I knew was in order to do Apple Car Play you need a cellphone cord(which is the older USB).

Car worked great, great pickup/dropoff service. The advertisement wrap is absolutely ridiculous and drew a lot of attention, but I knew what I was getting into from the provided photos. Interior was not super clean, but was suitable for us.
