Pick up and drop off time frame?
Based on Turo policy you have up to 30 min to pick up or return the car with the owner permission other than that you need to modify the reservation to avoid late fees.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
By purchasing post-cleaning under extras options you can return the car hassle free without worrying about cleaning up after your trip. However please do not have any food, animal hair, and mud in the car.
LAX Delivery
If you selected the LAX delivery service, your reserved car will be delivered to LAX Economy lot and requires you to take a free shuttle from the LAX. We will deliver the car based on your reservation starting and you will be responsible for the parking fee up to $35 However, we are located less than 8 miles away from LAX so feel free to uber/lyft straight to us which helps you save on both delivery fee and parking fee.
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of gas if not please return it at same gas level with 89 octanes unleaded fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. Trip duration and limitation.
You only allow to drive the car locally. You may be able to take instate trip with the car owner pre-approval.

There was a leak on the passenger side after it rained… Not a real big issue

This is a large van with a big sliding door, so if the door isn’t fully closed, heavy rain can seep inside. This isn’t a vehicle issue but rather a matter of properly securing the door.

The van was great! We rented this for our family of 8 for our Disneyland trip. We were able to fit everyone comfortably and had plenty of room for everyone’s luggage, and also plenty of room inside! You can practically stand all the way up! Our favorite part was how tall it was! Hard to miss in the parking areas! Definitely impressed with the vehicle!
