Smoking & Pet Policy No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the van. Any lingering odors may result in a cleaning fee. Pets are not permitted at this time. Please do not leave behind trash, spills, food, or sand. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges. Thank you for helping us keep the van clean and comfortable for all guests.
This vehicle uses DIESEL ONLY. Do NOT use regular gasoline — doing so can cause severe engine damage.
This vehicle has a clearance of 12 feet. It will NOT fit in most drive-thrus or standard parking garages. Please use extra caution when entering areas with overhead clearance, such as covered parking lots, drive-thrus, and tunnels.
A 32" ROKU Smart TV is mounted inside the van and can connect to Wi-Fi for streaming online content. HDMI and USB ports are located behind the driver’s seat for easy device connectivity. (Cables provided in the dash storage.) The TV uses its own built-in sound system, independent of the van’s radio. TV power is linked to the engine — it will turn ON/OFF with the vehicle. A remote control is provided for convenient TV operation.
The gas cap is on the driver’s side of the vehicle. To access it, simply open the driver-side door—you’ll find the latch just inside. No buttons or levers need to be pressed.
The 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 has a maximum towing capacity of up to 5,000 lbs, when properly equipped. **Always ensure the trailer has its own braking system and refer to the owner’s manual to confirm your specific configurations' limits.**

Car was good. I had to drive 1hr to pick up and the host was very disgruntled no personality. Gave me a hard time because bugs was on the windshield. Not to mention i was bringing the vehicle back 1 day early. So i had to drive 1hr to Arlington wash it the next morning and drive 1hr back to drop off the vehicle

As per policy, all cars should be returned in the same condition they were received to ensure a fair experience for everyone. Cleaning can cost over $100, and we appreciated your effort enough to waive the refueling charge as a courtesy. Hope to serve you again.
