This is a no smoking / no pets vehicle. All Tolls and Tickets accrued throughout the duration of the rental will be the renter’s responsibility. 1) No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess of $250 for detail and cleaning services. 2) Fill-up tank before dropping off and avoid being charge to refuel. Cost of gas plus a $10 inconvenience fee will be charged unless you choose Prepaid refuel as an EXTRA (highly recommended) when checking out. 3) This vehicle has a convenient SUN PASS transponder, which you can use to take advantage of Express Lines to save time and to avoid toll lines. The SUN PASS is valid only in the states of Georgia, North Carolina and Florida. A reimbursement for the total amount will be requested during the next 30 days after the trip ends if the limit of $5 is exceeded. The vehicle is expected to be returned with a clean exterior and interior. Unauthorized drivers are NOT permitted to operate/drive the vehicle.

• Is smoking permitted in the Car?

• Does Gas need to be Refilled? What octane?

  The car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at the same gas level with 87 octane unleaded fuel (Regular). Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy.

• Does Vehicle need to be returned clean?

  The car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in the same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. If the car cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest purchasing the post-trip cleaning option for only $30
