First time and last time Turo user - the vehicle was as described (3 stars for that) but the host agreed to 1,200 miles "included" which means in rental vehicle language "included in the $200 per day" price. After nearly 1 hour of discussions before and the day of pickup the host had every intention of charging me .85 cents per mile after my trip. (minus 1 star for this). We verbally agreed to .50 cents per mile but now Turo will not support this agreement even though I have documented live chat with their support team. (minus 1 star for this). Turo fees are excessive and they have no U.S. based support, and only back their money making "hosts" - a bad company policy. They are not BBB accredited and I should have read more reviews outside of Turo, who will probably suppress this review, or delete it. First time users be very careful of anything the host tells you on the phone, in person, or even through there is documented inbox chat on the app. Get everything in writing on your invoice before you book, and if there are any differences? Cancel right away and use a more reputable company like Enterprise!

First and foremost, thank you for your business, the only agreement I had with you was to give you a $90 discount for booking ahead and also allowed you to take it out of state which I don't allow but made an exception for you. My listing clearly states how much you will charge if you go over the miles but you wanted 641 miles over and did not want to pay. The question is you rented the car for 3 days, for 600 miles but wanted additional 641 miles for free and I can't help you with that.

Meticulously maintained vehicle and outstanding owner. Flexible, forgiving and reasonable in all requests. A joy to work with. We were nervous as this was our first use of Turo and it could not have gone smoother with Maxwell.
