Ballard was the ultimate host in professionalism, communication, he was personable, accessible, and flexible. Ballard’s vehicle selection are top notch in luxury, maintenance, mileage, and cleanliness. His rates are fair and competitive to market. Our family crew of 11 had more than enough room for a comfortable ride, too much luggage, shopping bags, and leg space. The added upgrades and safety features from the back-up assist beeping to the collision alert gave us comfort in our drive.
