Guidelines
Smoking or pets are not permitted in this vehicle. Smoke odor or evidence of smoking will lead to a $150 fine. Please, no clothing with glitter in this vehicle. The glitter is very difficult to remove and may require professional detailing to remove, which will result in a cleaning fine Please clean sand, leaves, dirt, etc prior to returning the vehicle. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of cleaning deposit. Please remove all trash from the vehicle and vacuum if needed before returning. There are many free vacuums in the area. There will be a fine up $150 if detailing is required for the interior. Thank you!

I rented this van for a quick weekends family trip to Mammoth Cave NP. It was my first time using Turo. Had a great experience from the easy, fast pick up and drop off to the clean and accommodating van. Our host was fast responding. She accommodated me to pick up van a bit earlier than the time I booked for and to also drop off earlier than my original time. The van was easy to drive. We had no issues on the road. The only minor issue I had was that I was not able to connect to Bluetooth for audio but I was able to purchase an FM transmitter and that did the job. I’m glad I finally tried Turo, thanks to our host we will definitely book again! Can’t wait for the next trip soon! Thanks Brittney!
