Airport delivery is also available, just change the location to the McGhee Tyson Airport. Once your trip is booked, Turo will provide you with my business address. My business is located in a safe area and the parking lot is well illuminated at night. I offer Turo's Contactless Self Check-In Service which offers my guests the freedom to book their trip's start & end times that work best for their schedule. This service also prevents guests from incurring late arrival fees. So don't worry if your arrival flight gets delayed or you get stuck in traffic because I never charge for late pickups. I also allow for returns to be up to an hour past the trip’s end time before charging for additional usage. I will approve trip extension requests as long as my vehicle is available for the additional time. Please note that my business location doesn’t have space to park personal vehicles while you are on your trip. Free parking is available at the Park & Ride Lot on N Campbell Station Rd which is located about 3.5 miles from my business. You will receive a series of automatic messages with additional information about your trip. These messages are designed to provide you with information as you need it. The first message is sent immediately and provides a brief summary of what information you will receive and when to expect it.

• Why is the fuel gauge needle only at 7/8 after I filled the gasoline tank?

  The fuel needle is a little out of calibration so the van is full of gasoline when the needle is at 7/8. Just fill the tank like any other vehicle.

• What type of fuel does your van take?

  My van takes Regular Gasoline. To refuel, open the driver's door and then open the fuel door which is held shut by the driver's door. These vans have a "Cap-Less" fuel system so there is nothing to remove, just insert the fuel pump nozzle. Once the fuel door is open, you can close the driver's door until you are finished with refueling. This van is also equipped with a CNG/Propane tank; however, I do not fill the tank nor check the CNG/Propane level.

  Yes, I offer Airport Delivery and it's free for trips of 5 days or longer. Just selected the “McGhee Tyson Airport” location when booking your trip. After booking your trip, you can still change the location to the airport as well as adjust your trip's pickup & return times, or add extras to your trip - just go to the details page of your trip and click on "Modify trip."

  Yes, I have many car seats with sizes that include: infant (rear facing), forward-facing, high-back booster, and backless booster car seats. You can add these car seats as well as other items by selecting Extras when you book your trip. After booking, you can still add Extras to your trip by going to the details page and clicking on "Modify trip." • Are Service Dogs allowed in your vehicle?

  Yes, Service Dogs are Allowed in my vehicle. However, emotional support dogs and other animals are NOT allowed. According to the ADA: "Service animals are defined as Dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. "... a customer with a disability may also be charged for damage caused by himself or his service animal." Tennessee Code (Ann. § 39-16-304): Misrepresentation of a service animal is a Class B misdemeanor.

• What if my flight gets delayed and causes me to be late when picking up your vehicle at the airport?

  I offer Turo's Contactless Self Check-In Service so my guests don't need to worry if their flight gets delayed or anything else causes them to be late when picking up my vehicle. I never charge my guests for late pickups.

• What if traffic causes me to be late when picking up your vehicle?

• What happens if I’m late returning the vehicle?

  I give my guests up to an hour past their trip’s end time before charging for additional usage. I will approve trip extension requests as long as my vehicle is available for the additional time.

• Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning it?

  No, you don't need to clean the vehicle as long as it could be reasonably cleaned by running it through normal automatic car wash and spending about 30 minutes to vacuum and wipe down the interior. Yes, if the exterior has caked on Mud or Insects that requires more than a normal automatic car wash to remove. Yes, if the interior has Mud, Sand, Spill Residues, Stains, Sticky Food, Pet Hair or anything else that would require professional level cleaning or excessive vacuuming (sand). This does not apply to removable rubber floor mats as long as they are not permanently stained or damaged.

• Is vaping allowed in your vehicle?

  No, vaping and other forms of smoking are not allowed in my vehicle. It's against Turo's policy to smoke anything inside the vehicle. Guests that do not adhere to this policy will be charged a violation fee and cleaning fee.
