2016 Ford Transit 8 passenger Van. This van has plenty of room for 8 adults plus their luggage. The EPA highway rating is 19 mpg. 24/7 Airport (self check in using a lockbox) pick up and return is available (Just select the airport location). Available Extras you can add to your trip include; infant car seat, infant stroller, forward facing car seats, highbacked booster seats, booster seats, lightweight foldable (compact) strollers, and coolers. This van is equipped with a backup camera, right rear sliding door, keyless entry, power windows, power exterior mirrors, front and rear climate control, as well as stability and traction control systems. This vehicle is located at a business in a safe and illuminated parking lot. Airport delivery is available for an additional fee. If you select McGhee Tyson Airport delivery option, you will also pay a $10 fee (payable by credit card or cash) when you exit the airport parking lot. If you select the “Knoxville, TN 37932” location, then you will pick up the vehicle at my business which is located 16 miles (about 20 minutes) from the McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). Airport delivery is also available, just change the location to the McGhee Tyson Airport. Once your trip is booked, Turo will provide you with my business address. My business is located in a safe area and the parking lot is well illuminated at night. I offer Turo's Contactless Self Check-In Service which offers my guests the freedom to book their trip's start & end times that work best for their schedule. This service also prevents guests from incurring late arrival fees. So don't worry if your arrival flight gets delayed or you get stuck in traffic because I never charge for late pickups. I also allow for returns to be up to an hour past the trip’s end time before charging for additional usage. I will approve trip extension requests as long as my vehicle is available for the additional time. Please note that my business location doesn’t have space to park personal vehicles while you are on your trip. Free parking is available at the Park & Ride Lot on N Campbell Station Rd which is located about 3.5 miles from my business. You will receive a series of automatic messages with additional information about your trip. These messages are designed to provide you with information as you need it. The first message is sent immediately and provides a brief summary of what information you will receive and when to expect it.

Why is the fuel gauge needle only at 7/8 after I filled the gasoline tank?
The fuel needle is a little out of calibration so the van is full of gasoline when the needle is at 7/8. Just fill the tank like any other vehicle.
What type of fuel does your van take?
My van takes Regular Gasoline. To refuel, open the driver's door and then open the fuel door which is held shut by the driver's door. These vans have a "Cap-Less" fuel system so there is nothing to remove, just insert the fuel pump nozzle. Once the fuel door is open, you can close the driver's door until you are finished with refueling. This van is also equipped with a CNG/Propane tank; however, I do not fill the tank nor check the CNG/Propane level.
