First time using Turo and it was a great experience overall. The van did have an issue one day, but the owner handled it quickly and professionally—a mechanic came out right away and resolved the problem. On top of that, the owner arranged an immediate upgrade for us, which we really appreciated.
It did take about an hour out of our schedule, but the quick response and excellent customer service more than made up for it. Very happy with how everything was handled and would definitely use Turo again!
