The only good thing about this rental was the van and great gas mileage. The major negative part of the rental was the lack of communication from the host. Returning the vehicle was a nightmare. I called the host contact number and co-host Elvin from 3 different numbers a total of 10 times with no response. I even called Turo customer support since I was not getting any response from the host/co-host. They weren't able to get in contact with them after as well, after being on hold for 15 minutes. Also there is no room for luggage. This was a very disappointing rental.
