I wanted to give you the instructions for picking up the van when you arrive. The vehicle will be located behind the office building in the parking lot. Absolutely NO smoking allowed in the vehicle. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fee. You may bring pets on the vehicle as long as you take care they don’t cause damage and you keep the vehicle clean. NOTE: If you would like 13 seats for the luggage room instead of the default 15 seats. Please request it ahead of your reservation day. Transponder ID# 05955391. I will send you the charges for the toll the app after I get the bill. Pickup at IAH and HOU airports is done through a frequent parking program with Parking Spot. They provide complimentary shuttles to and from the terminals for your convenience. You will exit and enter the parking lot with a designated QR code attached to the keychain. I will message you with the exact row and location an hour before your reservation starts. You will return the vehicle at the same location and ride the shuttle to your terminal. Give yourself enough time to drop off, checkout through the app, and make your flight.

• Can I smoke in the vehicle?

• Can I take the vehicle out of state?

  Yes but it must be communicated to the owner before the trip starts.

• What kind of gas does it take?

  Unleaded fuel only

• How does cleaning work after the trip?

  The vehicle must be returned in the same condition received clean. If the vehicle is returned in clean a $50 fee will apply

• Is roadside assistance available?

  Roadside assistance is available in the event that it’s used It might be subject to a fee after the trip
