David was absolutely amazing! He went so far above and beyond for us! We were having so much fun at Universal Studios, we wanted to stay longer so I messaged David. He let us keep the van 3 hours longer and came and picked it up for us.
He is so nice, and beyond easy to work with. I would rent from him again in a heartbeat. Not to mention the van was so nice, very clean, and he even left a phone charger in the van for us to use.
Definitely a 5+ star experience!!
