If you have any car trouble please call me directly. Please Note: due to the size of the sprinter van, the van will be dropped off at a hotel near the airport. You will need to shuttle to that hotel.

Drop off was not at the airport. $30 uber ride to pick it up at a hotel 3 miles from the airport. This was not disclosed when I booked it. And price included a $77 “airport permit fee”. Not acceptable.

This customer was completely unreasonable. SFO regulations only allow drop offs in the garages. Of course this is a 9 1/2 foot vehicle, not a standard SUV or van so there’s no way for it to fit in a garage. I notified the customer the day he booked. He neglected to acknowledge my notice until the day he arrived. There is a FREE shuttle to the pick up spot for all ours of the day except for around 4 hours. It was during these hours that he arrived, so he spent $25 for an uber to the hotel.
