Process was easy to follow. Great communication. Not the newest of vehicles, but it got the job done.

Host was very easy to work with, gave great instructions. The van was in pretty good condition. Excellent on gas, the door continued to be ajar and needed to be slammed quite forcefully, but did not impact driving. There was also a tire pressure gauge malfunction which led to a perpetual tire pressure light (did not impact driving).
Only issue is that Jiffy service is slow from and two the airport (1 shuttle) plan into prep time.

The vehicle was in good conditions. It drove excellent. We were notified the morning of that the back ac was not working. It was a cool weather week, thank God so that was a blessing.
We also had verified weeks before the trip if the van had a hitch. We were told yes. We rented a hitch from U-Haul. We had a large group and needed luggage secured in a U-Haul. When we arrived the van had no hitch. When we asked the owner or the secretary they never understood what we were saying. It seemed a if they didn’t know what a hitch was. It was rather confusing. We ended up renting another van, and used it to transport our luggage. It all worked out at the end. I don’t want to give a bad review at all, the van was perfect for us. I think just better communication in the future would help a lot.
I did get a message from the owner and he told me he would compensate for the missing AC vents in the back. We will see if he does.
