If not, per Turo policy, the cost to replace the missing fuel plus a $10* convenience fee will apply. Please do not let fuel level fall below 10 miles of range to avoid vehicle towing fees. Please do not lose your key. If lost, a replacement fee will be incurred. Smoking is strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees and account restrictions. Significant cleaning, including spills, smells, and smoke, will incur an additional cleaning fee. Toll fees are NOT included.

Nice vehicle for the family. The tire was low pressure and there was not windshield washer fluid and the windshield was dirty but too hard for me to clean. Other than that everything else was fine. Aura was super friendly and helpful for our first time using Turo.

This was a great van for our vacation to Florida, drives great, no issues! The only complaint I have is the seats could be a bit more comfortable but that doesn’t warrant subtracting a star. Thanks for a great experience!

Everything about this experience was perfect. This vehicle was exactly what my group of 8 needed. We had 6 sets of golf clubs, coolers, and 1-2 bags each and we all had more than enough room. The shuttle dropped us right off at the car and was super easy to find. Will definitely be using again. Aura communication was fantastic and vehicle was clean and as advertised.

Picked up the van from a location 45 minutes from our home. We realized that the van is having serious brake issues. The steering wheel even shakes when the brakes are applied at over 30mph. We refused to drive the van for our 1,500 mile trip. All they were able to do was cancel the rest of our reservation if we drove the van back to the original pickup location. Ridiculous!! Did not end up using another Turo vehicle. And probably never will.
