Easy process, fairly clean, served its purpose on a short time frame. Recommended

The Van was dirty upon pickup. The pickup point did not have a place that I could securely park my vehicle and it was unclear from Grant’s message where my vehicle should be parked. There was not satellite radio as advertised in the description, and a tire was low on air when I arrived. For the price, this was not the experience I expected. The only reason for an extra star was that the communication was mostly good and Grab let me grab the vehicle one hour early. I would not recommend this van though.

This van was exactly what I needed for my move from Denver to Fort Collins. It was easy to drive, the remote unlock process took less than 5 minutes, and was located in an easy-to-find gas station right off the highway (which made the post-trip fuel up very convenient). Would highly recommend this! Had a rear view camera, and large mirrors that allow you to see everything you need to in lieu of a rear window.

Tabs are still expired as stated in other reviews, and the sliding door was super hard to open. It was a easy process picking up and dropping off. Thank you!
