Guest rated the vehicle with 4 stars for Trash and clutter and 5 stars for all other categories. I have a fleet if 8 vehicles and all of them are cleaned before going out. To be clear, this is the first guest in over 2 years to rate cleanliness below 5 stars. None of my vehicles leave without being thoroughly cleaned! I take pride in providing a a great service.
