This van has a large storage area for baggage or supplies. It has steps at all passenger entry points for ease of access. USB and Bluetooth connectivity.

Worked for our purposes, plenty of room for 12 people and their luggage. The rear view mirrors are manual and suck to adjust. It needs an alignment and it is hard to find E85 fuel to fill it up. The host was fine to work with and I had no issues with pick up or drop off.

The van was ok. The first thing I noticed was the change engine oil soon light on. Yes it is a passenger van but I have driven passenger vans before so I believe it could have driven smoother. During my trip I got pulled over for no front license plate and no back license plate light. It was a vehicle warning that I passed on to the host. The host stated that was unusual to get stopped for that and it must have been something I did. I responded I did nothing wrong. On the way back from my trip it was raining and the tires were lacking tread and caused extra slipping. Prior to dropping the vehicle back off I filled the van up and was literally millimeters away from the F for fill line and was charged 40 dollars. Please note it only cost me 25 dollars to put in 1/2 tank. When I mentioned these things to the host as I felt some sort of compensation was warranted his response was how does compensation change anything and stated that’s entitlement. At that point I stopped communicating with him. This was by far my worst car rental experience with Turo and otherwise. I was not being entitled as he rudely stated but feel I should be satisfied with the service I paid for and not over charged for gas. So no I wouldn’t rent from this vendor again. Based on my previous 5star experiences this is by far well below in vehicle satisfaction and host communication. I only gave 3 stars because the van didn’t break down. But even the return was strange. There were loud speakers in the parking lot that states YOU ARE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY YOU NEED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY. Although I was returning the vehicle I felt the need to get out of there quickly. Overall it is a no for me on renting with them again. The host over all response was basically he didn’t care because their rating was high enough that my review doesn’t matter. But everything I stated was honest and my true account of this rental.
All items reported by the guest were taken seriously and corrected. New tires, fuse replaced for license plate light, front plate attached. We apologized for the inconveniences but guest expected compensation per her own messages. The vehicle is not due for an oil change for over 7000 miles as indicated by window sticker from shop. Our parking lot security system is controlled by a professional security company 24/7. Host attitude is good but I do not mince words and am factual in my responses.
