Your car will be waiting for you at the Park 'n Fly Airport Parking Lot at DFW Airport. The lot is easily accessible with 24/7 shuttle service. You'll receive a message with the car's parking spot number and other helpful details the day your reservation begins.
Guidelines
Out of respect for the experience of other renters, please do not allow pets inside the car during your trip. Please return the car with the amount of fuel you received. If not, per Turo policy, the cost to replace the missing fuel plus a $10* convenience fee will apply. Please do not let fuel level fall below 10 miles of range to avoid vehicle towing fees. Please do not lose your key. If lost, a replacement fee will be incurred. Smoking is strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees and account restrictions. Significant cleaning, including spills, smells, and smoke, will incur an additional cleaning fee. Toll fees are NOT included.

Vehicle was good, but the seats alignment were in a very wield combination. Unfortunately Turo was not able to help me and my trip got delayed by 3hrs, after spending close to 2.5hrs on call with Turo, there was no change and I had to take the same van. No complaints about the van but the seats were wierd arrangements with 2,2,1,1,2 row combination. It was more like a cargo van setup.

It was quite a ride. Van was clean and NEAT. I had a bit of an issue with the lockbox where the code was incorrect and I couldn’t get Van on time and delaying my trip by several hours. Once customer service was open, I was able to get the correct code but delayed my trip. I was able to get a refund for the inconvenience and they were efficient. I would expand the customer service window to help customers 24/7. Other than that, the trip was successful and Aura handled the vehicle GREAT!

Rear drivers side tire kept losing air and the change engine oil light was on.

The van drove great and was the perfect option for a trip with extended family. The seating wasn't configured optimally for passengers and cargo, but we made it work.
