RENTAL AGREEMENT: Upon pickup of the vehicle you will have to fill out our standard rental agreement. INSURANCE: We offer a Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) that covers our van for $19.95 per day. You may use your own insurance if you have your own full coverage policy. In order to waive this fee, you must bring in a copy of your insurance card upon pick up of vehicle DEPOSITS: We will require a deposit of $200 PLUS 21% percent of rental cost to cover rental tax and any incidental that may be incurred during the trip, the remainder of which will be released. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: When picking up the vehicle we require a valid driver’s license, a credit or debit card that can be used for a deposit. If you are using your own insurance in lieu of our C.D.W we will need to a copy of your insurance card BEFORE leaving with the vehicle. SALES TAX: Sales tax in the city of Chicago is stated below, you must pay at the time of pick-up. City Tax 9% State Tax 6% County Tax 6% ADDITIONAL DRIVER FEE: We can add additional drivers to the vehicle for a flat $15 per driver. SIMILAR VEHICLES: In the event this exact vehicle is unavailable, we will put you into something similar or better at the same rate.
