Ford E-250 Cargo Van *** PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING RENTAL *** We are an independently owned, boutique car rental agency that has been approved by Turo to make our vehicles available to you, however Turo does not provide any protection plans for you and I. As such, your trip experience will differ from a traditional Turo experience. Please scroll down to review our policies prior to choosing this vehicle. RENTAL AGREEMENT: Upon pickup of the vehicle you will have to fill out our standard rental agreement. INSURANCE: We offer a Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) that covers our van for $19.95 per day. You may use your own insurance if you have your own full coverage policy. In order to waive this fee, you must bring in a copy of your insurance card upon pick up of vehicle DEPOSITS: We will require a deposit of $150 to cover any incidental that may be incurred during the trip, the remainder of which will be released. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: When picking up the vehicle we require a valid driver’s license, a credit or debit card that can be used for a deposit. If you are using your own insurance in lieu of our C.D.W we will need to a copy of your insurance card BEFORE leaving with the vehicle. SALES TAX: Sales tax in the city of Chicago is stated below, you must pay at the time of pick-up. City Tax 9% State Tax 6% County Tax 6% ADDITIONAL DRIVER FEE: We can add additional drivers to the vehicle for a flat $15 per driver. SIMILAR VEHICLES: In the event this exact vehicle is unavailable, we will put you into something similar or better at the same rate.
