They changed vehicles on me the day before the rental , which made me very suspicious! The van is old and has smells of marijuana at times, the side doors are rickety and each bump provided a very load noise, which made it hard to sleep on a long ride! When we loaded the luggage the first time, the rear bumper is loose and was blocking the door from closing! This made it very frustrating when your loading ten people and a load of luggage and your first impression of the car was the door would let shut! It was only until we noticed the bumpers needed to be pushed down! Over, I have done Turo , this was my least favorite of them all! The owner was very desperate for a good review, sorry, this one was a hard one to get to 4 stars, sorry three was even a push for me!

We attempted to swap vehicles due to damage. Guest did not want to cooperate despite being asked to swap to exact same van. We have great guest and work to ensure they all have a great experience. Our thousands of positive reviews speak for themselves.
