For car safety, please do not enter into low clearance area. Particularly multi-level parking or automatic car wash. Always look for open parking space. Smoking is strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees and account restrictions. Significant cleaning, including spills, smells, and smoke, will incur an additional cleaning fee. Toll fees are NOT included. Highly recommend to add “Prepaid EV Charge Extra” for post trip cleaning. Van requires high clearance and not suitable for automatic car wash.

• Can the seats be removed for more storage space?

  Yes! Let us know in your booking message and we can remove most of the seats from the cab.

• How do pickup and dropoff work?

  Pickup and Dropoff are quick and easy. If you are picking up from the location, you will receive instructions on how to get your keys.

• How big is the Sprinter van?

  The total van length is 19’ ft and the height is roughly 12’ ft tall. It is easy to drive and doesn't feel like a bus. You do have to pay attention to where to park it though, a compact spot or anything with low clearance , low trees or branches will not work as damage sprinter

• Are you allowing up to 12 passengers configuration?

  Yes, we allow 12 passengers with your personal comprehensive insurance coverage. We ask for your insurance copy and you have to take approval from your insurance.
