The car had expired tags since April and the rear side door rattled like if would fall of and for a long trip we did was anoying to hear all the way.

I’m not sure why people leave bad reviews when they have to pay an invoice for going over mileage. The Sprinter can’t possibly have expired tags considering it’s not even 2025 yet and they are good till April of 2025. As for the squeezing of the door we have checked it out and nothing out of the norm for these Sprinters. I guess what they say is true, hurt people, hurt people.

The van was perfect for our group and trip. The pick up and drop off was pretty easy and I felt safe and very comfortable driving it over the mountains( I’m 5’2 and could see over the steering wheel!)
