The car had expired tags since April and the rear side door rattled like if would fall of and for a long trip we did was anoying to hear all the way.

I’m not sure why people leave bad reviews when they have to pay an invoice for going over mileage. The Sprinter can’t possibly have expired tags considering it’s not even 2025 yet and they are good till April of 2025. As for the squeezing of the door we have checked it out and nothing out of the norm for these Sprinters. I guess what they say is true, hurt people, hurt people.

The van was perfect for our group and trip. The pick up and drop off was pretty easy and I felt safe and very comfortable driving it over the mountains( I’m 5’2 and could see over the steering wheel!)

This Sprinter Van was the perfect size for our group of 9 people plus luggage. Erica was always quick to respond to my messages, and the van was easy to find in the Daily Parking Lot at SMF. We had an issue with the sliding side door. It constantly rattled and it became annoying. I did reach out to Erica to find out why it was so noisy, and she said they had it checked out twice and it was poor design by Mercedes Benz. The a/c worked well which was a plus since the outside temps were in the 90’s.

The sprinter accommodated our family of 9, and additional passengers for a trip to the sequoia forest. Super easy to drive, great climate control for front and back, good all around vehicle. The host was easy to talk with and replied quickly with any questions I sent over.
