Vehicle Policies: - The van fuel will be FULL upon pick up. Please bring back the van with FULL fuel. Prepaid fuel is an available option. If the van is returned and fuel is not filled up, a fuel fee will be charged and sent to you. - This is a NON-Smoking and Pets free vehicle. If any kind of smoke or any other unpleasant odor is detected after your drop off the vehicle you will be charged a $100 fee for odor removal to make the vehicle ready and clean for the next client. - Scratches/Damages: by booking this vehicle you are agreeing to cover damges that you caused while in your posession. - Tolls/Parking Tickets/Speeding Tickets: Please note that you will be responsible for all tolls, any parking tickets or speeding tickets that you may incur while on your trip. If you do not pay for tolls at the time of your trip, please note that you will be charged any toll fees that you incur during your trip while the car is in your possession. - Late returns: Up to 30 minutes is no additional cost. 30 minutes to 1 hour 59 minutes late: ½ the average daily trip price; $50* improper return fee charged at Turo’s discretion if the guest is unresponsive, abandons the vehicle, causes a trip cancelation, or other reasons determined by Turo. 2 hours or more late: Average daily trip price for 1 day + $20* late return fee; $50* improper return fee charged at Turo’s discretion if the guest is unresponsive, abandons the vehicle, causes a trip cancelation, or other reasons determined by Turo.
