Picking the car up here works much better since the shuttle drivers are available 24/7 to accommodates any flight time and changing flight times. And best of all it's contact free and away from the chaotic airport, for uploading photos to turo and loading up your gear! Please vacuum and wash it on your return or we can send somebody to clean it for $50. AND PLEASE AVOID THE TOLL ROADS. In Colorado they save very little time and cause a lot of expense and administrative headaches to track who went thru the toll when. Thank you for choosing one of our cars and enjoy Colorado!

****PLEASE READ TERMS BEFORE BOOKING**** We are an independently owned car rental agency that has been approved by Turo to make our vehicles available to you, however Turo does not provide any protection plans. As such, your trip experience will differ from a traditional Turo experience. Please scroll down to review our policies prior to choosing this vehicle. RENTAL AGREEMENT: You will need to sign our rental agreement prior to or at the time of pick up. We normally do this via email, your phone, or through TURO uploaded pictures / documents. AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 21 to book this vehicle. If you are under 25 you will be charged an additional fee of $19.00 per day. INSURANCE: You are required to show proof of full coverage insurance. If you only have liability coverage you will be required to show proof of that and purchase our Collision Damage Waiver. If you do not have any auto insurance you must purchase a non-owners policy on your own, provide proof of such and purchase our Collision Damage Waiver. DEPOSITS: No damage deposit required. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: We require a driver’s license, proof of insurance and credit card on file prior to picking up the vehicle SALES TAX: Taxes and state fees are NOT included in the advertised price and will be PAID BY US on your behalf to make this transaction simpler, which is another HUGE savings over the national rental car agencies. ADDITIONAL DRIVERS: Additional drivers are included free of charge provided they are approved by Turo and Auto Integrity. They are subject to the same age and insurance requirements as the main driver. SIMILAR VEHICLES: If this exact vehicle is not available, we will put you in something similar no additional cost.

Wasn’t the best trip /wasn’t the worst. Reached out to Keith through Turo to see if he could drop the car off to me directly (also said was happy to pay a fee if required) instead of at airport as I was already staying in Denver. When I reached out I got no response for 24 hours. I called him the next day to inquire about the drop off, he said he would call me back in 15 mins with an answer. 6 hours go by and no response, I call him back, he forgot about my first inquiry and then just said it’s $100 bucks to drop off and pick up at locations other than airport and they wouldn’t be able to accommodate on such short notice. Why just not say that on the first time I asked? Why did it take two turo messages and two phone calls over two days to get a three word answer to a fairly easy question? When the day came to pick up the van, i sent him a picture of myself and my liscense I told him I was going to the airport 30 mins early and asked if the van would be available, no response. 10:00a rolls around after sitting in parking garage for 30 mins, Keith has not responded to my question about the early pick-up, nor did he send me instructions on how to pick up the van. I call him at 10:05a to inquire about the van, and he told me he forgot to send instructions on how to pick up van. After finding the van, turns out the back right turn single is out, when I called Keith to report the issue his was response the following; “it will probably be fine, we will fix it when you drop off the van”. This was a little nerve-racking driving with 9 people through Colorado, not to mention I don’t want a ticket for having an out turn signal. Keith however, did pick up the phone whenever I called and was polite through the entire exchange.

Yes, I'm sorry for the delayed responses. I was trying to satisfy the special request and find extra drivers but we ended up getting spread way to thin over Labor Day. The airport ran out of cars and with our other account rented over 50 cars with people on a waiting list. Please check with us in the future and I assure you will it will run smooth like it's your own car at the airport. Land, grab your luggage, shuttle right to your vehicle, just jump in and go! I called the day before in need of a large van. Not only did Keith get me exactly what we needed but went above and beyond in less than 24 hours to make everything work for us. Highly recommend!!
