I truly appreciate the ride. It was spacious and got us from point a to b safely.

Overall, the van ran great. There was just a few pieces of maintenance that needed done. One of the rear brake pads was old and started grinding midway through our trip second, the wiper blades needed replaced before the trip when it was raining the use of wipers just smeared grease and dirt and water across the windshieldmaking for unsafe driving conditions. Other than those two issues, the van was good for everything that I needed it for engine was mechanically sound as well.

Your flexibility in letting me pick up the van the night before instead of at 7 AM was incredibly helpful and accommodating. It made my trip planning much easier, and I truly appreciate that extra effort on your part.
The van itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it perfect for our group. The only issue I noticed was that the driver-side windshield washer wasn’t working, but other than that, everything was great.
Thank you again for your outstanding service—I’ll definitely recommend you to others and look forward to renting from you again in the future!
