Once I understood the process was easy. Once I rang James he talked me through it. A message with instructions would have been great. Good van.

Unfortunately the vehicle had a flat battery and wasn’t parked where it was meant to be. We were helped by a nice service guy who couldn’t get the van started. We were given a replacement vehicle but had to drive another half an hour to pick it up. James from Turo and Sue from Go with the gecko were very helpful. It put me 3 hours behind.
