You do not have to worry about cleaning the car’s interior OR exterior before returning it. The van is equipped with an I-Pass transponder for tolls that are paid post-trip with no additional fees or surcharges, based on the exact amount. The vehicle just had a transmission replaced. FAQs
What's your refueling policy?
Please refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level upon picking up the vehicle. If a customer chooses not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, they will be charged the gas price plus $10 convenience fee. I will provide the receipt copy via Turo app.
What's your pet policy?
Pets are allowed. Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees. Service animals used by customers with disabilities are allowed in the vehicle without a carrier.
Will you allow me to tow with or attach a hitch?
I do not allow towing of any kind with the rental vehicle.

The van was exactly as it was advertised. It did my family and I very well for our 3,000 mile road trip with a toddler and a newborn. It was exactly what we needed and Sergiy was extremely friendly and communicative. He accommodated all of our last minute requests. Highly recommend!
