Thanks Luis for accepting the last minute rental request. You turned a negative situation in a positive one. The car that I was scheduled to rent from another Turo Member had a heavy, stinky, disgusting SMOKE smell that literally made me nauseous. I rejected that car and reported them to Turo Customer Service. Luis was a life saver. He was very nice and accommodating. Luis car still had the new car smell, it was clean inside and out. Although, the return of the vehicle was a little unusual, it was something that Luis and I could laugh about. I highly recommend Luis to others and I will be requesting his car in the future. ~Rita

Shiva is Amazing host and amazing car for rental at great prices. Pick up the car right out of arrival in the parking lot and drop it off in parking lot right before takeoff. Saves so much time. I may never use regular car rental again in FLL. Highly recommend

All I can say about Zackery is OUTSTANDING!!! This was my 1st time using this app, after a long flight, and so many mishaps at the rental car place I was over it. The truck was clean and fully gassed upon arrival and the host was super friendly I was a little hesitant to book at first because we couldn’t take the top of the truck off…..thankfully we didn’t because it rained off and on all day I wouldn’t suggest anyone to take off as much as it rains..overall my rental was pleasant

Excellent and friction free experience! Michelle was communicative and very professional throughout. The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition providing a great first time Tesla experience. This was our first actual Turo rental and I have to say that Michelle and her team went above and beyond to educate us on the process and offered up the ability to drop the vehicle right at the airport which was not the same as our pickup location (unnecessary for us but a thoughtful gesture nonetheless ). Highly recommended!
